Alyssa Ballerini leads Sterling’s efforts to cultivate new client relationships and develop targeted strategies to support continued growth. Her work on engagement and marketing initiatives reinforces Sterling’s reputation as a leader in philanthropic advising.
She brings more than a decade of experience across wealth management, consulting, and federal financial leadership. Prior to joining Sterling, Alyssa served as a Portfolio Manager at a registered investment advisory firm, advised government clients on strategy and transformation initiatives as a Deloitte consultant, and managed national security budgets for several agencies.
Earlier in her career, she supported two presidential administrations at the White House, where she developed a deep commitment to service, integrity, and stewardship.
Alyssa volunteers with Junior Achievement’s financial literacy programs, Women Giving Back, and Cornerstones.
