Jessie Morrison joined Sterling in 2023, bringing energy, initiative, and a sharp eye to the client services team. She plays a key role in managing private foundation programs and general operations, ensuring clients receive seamless support. With a strong focus on follow-through and due diligence, she facilitates board meetings, performs compensation analysis, drafts governance and grantmaking policies, and delivers on client requests with precision and efficiency.
Jessie’s professional background includes research assistant work with the Deployment Experiences and Health Study through the Virginia Institute for Psychiatric and Behavioral Genetics, where she received training in research data management and statistical analysis.
She has volunteered with Our Neighbor’s Child, Relay for Life, HopeCam 5K, and the Walk to End Multiple Sclerosis.
