Matt established Sterling’s Green Team Initiative on a volunteer basis, implementing safety and recycling protocols that have decreased physical and electronic waste. He volunteers with the Greater DC Diaper Bank, serves on the Fairfax County NAACP board, supports local schools, and has provided consulting services for the International First Responder Seatbelt Pledge and National Gold Star Family Registry.
